Landlord Fees

• Let Only – One off fee of one months rent +VAT -
  Fee for finding tenant, taking up reference and completing legal formalities.
• Full Management – Set up fee 2 weeks rent + VAT (maximum £600 inclusive of VAT) plus 12% monthly inclusive of VAT -
  With our management option, in addition to finding you a tenant we will collect the rent, arrange repairs, carry out inspections and deal with all aspects of managing the let.

  Detailed schedule of condition of the property
• Inventory Updates - £54 inclusive of VAT -
  An update of the previous inventory
• Tenancy Agreement - £54 inclusive of VAT -
  Preparation of agreement for let only option (included in the management options)
• Tenancy Deposit Registration - £30 inclusive of VAT (annually) -
  Registering the deposit with the TDS Custodial (included in the management options)
• Supply & Service of Notices - £96 inclusive of VAT -
  Possession notice (Section 21) and Section 8 Notice.
• Supply & Service of Section 13 Notice -
  £36 inclusive of VAT (Management option) or £54 inclusive of VAT (Let Only Option)
• Check Out Fee - £96 inclusive of VAT -
  End of tenancy check out (included in the management options)
• Property Inspection - £54 inclusive of VAT -
  A one-off inspection of the property (included in the management options)
• Tenancy Renewal - £54 inclusive of VAT -
  Renewal of the tenancy at the end of the fixed term period.
